Rate of Fire and Scale Time on turret behaviors

Steps to reproduce:
1. Push the red button to start a Game note that the two turrets are enough to destroy all enemies
2. Push again to accelerate the game the 2 turrets are not enough


Observed result:
The Rate of Fire does not Change in the speed scale

Expected result:
Accelerate the turret behaviors in time scale

Browsers affected:
Chrome: yes
Firefox: yes
Internet Explorer: yes

Operating system & service pack: Windows 8

Construct 2 version: 120.2
