[Request] Sine behavior: Don't respect the state of object

Discussion and feedback on Construct 2

Sine behavior: now reads initial state again when being set active, so it respects any changes in the state of the object

Is there any way for it not to do this? It breaks some things in my game. I guess I could just replace the old Sine into the new versions.

Yeah it turns out this is a breaking change, when it was only meant to fix a bug report where someone wanted it to work differently. I'm going to put it back to how it used to be as the default and add an optional parameter to use the new state.
