[Request]Scale 9patch

Basically, we can do this now by placing a 9patch on it's own layer, then scaling the layer. However, this is a pain if more than a couple 9patch objects are onscreen at once.

I'm not talking about resizing a 9patch either, since that changes the proportions of the image. I'm talking about scaling a presized 9patch up/down.

I don't know if anybody's gonna see this but yeah, I second that. Look what the lack of 9 patch scaling has done to my pre-loaded objects layer. Also it would be amazing if we could control the size of the 9patch's slices by script or load a new image from URL.

Yeah, it's not like we can upscale the texture before import to balance out what happens in fullscreen.
Although I imagine working out how it should scale in the editor would be a pain.
