Rex Auth Plugin - Parse - January 2017 Shut down.

Get help using Construct 2

Alright so here is the thing, In January 2017 Parse service will be shutting down and games running the Rex Auth plugin will be left out in the cold without having a data base so my question is how do I move to my own data server where I can still use the Rex Auth plugin?

I'm willing to pay for a service to do the same things www.parse.com does but a free option would be even better.

Any tutorials or bread crumbs on how to do it would be awesome.

I am going to point you to my answer to this same question: how-do-i-run-multiplayer-game-on-dedicated-server_t169417

I need to write a tutorial on this stuff...

I don't check the forums much anymore, but I will receive an email for PMs.

I told them I would rather choke on greatness than nibble on mediocrity."

There are a lot of Parse alternatives, and Rex also has a set of Firebase plugins. http://c2rexplugins.weebly.com/

If you're looking to make no changes, you'll probably need to build your own Parse server, which is now open source. Here is the tutorial/guide - https://github.com/ParsePlatform/parse- ... #migrating
Mistakes were made.
