Looking for smooth rotation or by increments (like 45 degrees at a time)?

So many ways to do this..

you have the rotate towards angle - action
The rotate towards position - action
the rotate behaviour

All depends on your needs..

(BTW: this topic should be in the How-do-I section of this forum)
I told my dentist I had trouble with my teeth and asked her to fix it without looking in my mouth..

Yeah, there are a lot of options, as LittleStain said.

One simple way is to do
Condition: Keyboard -> Key is down -> [Pick the key you want]
Action: [Select the sprite you want to rotate] -> Rotate clockwise or counterclockwise -> By 5 degrees (or whatever, holding the key down will keep it moving)

here you go a few examples on keyboard or automated by Sinebehavior

you can also check the forum for other rotational custom plugins /behaviors but there is no need for them actually
