Rotate layer based upon Player?

So, I have a Box, and when the player touches a certain area on the box, I want the box to rotate, but rotate based upon the Player's position. Get it? Basically, let's say the Player is on the bottom side of the box (Inside of course), the play moves to the right side of the box, and when he touches the right side, the box will rotate around the character, so it acts as if gravity changed and the character is now on the right side, but is still standing like a person should be standing. It's hard to explain, does anyone know what i'm saying?
