Save as single file

Discussion and feedback on Construct 2

When I do this, does it keep saving to the single file or does it update the project folder I'm working with? And if it keeps saving to the single file, how can I update the project folder without it freaking out at me?

Okay I figured it out, apparently it doesn't go back to the project folder. Is there a way to export as a single file so the project in the folder isn't confused by the computer so that the user doesn't get confused?

Whenever you use Save As Construct 2 will keep saving to that file from then on as well. So if you save to a single file from a project file Construct 2 will keep updating the single file after that.

If you want to go back to the project, just save as a single file, close the project, then reopen the folder project.
