I have a game with 10 levels
I am developing for blackberry Playbook
if a player is at level 6 and exits the application "game"
as I can do for you when you return the player to the game
continue at level 6 and not have to repeat all the levels again

You can use WebStorage to save the current level.

As each level is attained/unlocked, save the new value. When you start the game, read the level from WebStorage and load the right level.

Webstorage is probably the best method to use. You can store all sorts of variables as local keys in webstorage, or you can save an entire array as a string in webstorage.
