Hi, i'm trying to make a platform game with 32x32 tiles and i am stuck on what the best window size / layout size would be for it. I want the entire level to be visible on screen and I'm also going for landscape! Thanks

Pick a device (or platform) were you want to play your game on and change the size of your tiles to fit that medium.
My game Petrolhead Tactics is now on Steam Greenlight. I could not have done this without C2 ? Please rate, if you like!

Steam client already open: petrolheadtactics.com/steam
Web: petrolheadtactics.com/greenlight

It also depends on the type of camera and gameplay you want. What I'd do is simply try it out with placeholder graphics and see what feels good with the type of game you're making.

I use 256x224 (Super Nintendo internal resolution) for my game, but I also use 16x16 tiles based on a 8x8 grid.

You'd do best by looking at the screen sizes / resolutions of consoles like Game Boy Advance, SNES etc and making your own based on that for reference.

Also, it'd be better if you aimed at a specific aspect ratio instead of a set screen size or resolution.
