ScrollTo Behavior not behaving correctly

Okay, so I added the scroll to behavior to my main character and it worked correctly, but I open it again today and I have 4 layouts, the first layout doesn't need it because my layout and window size are the same, but when I go to the next level, (layout 2) the scroll to behaves - it works correctly, but only takes affect when I'm right on the edge of the screen, and I can't see where I'm going. If I start on the second layout, it works just fine... Anyone else have the same problem? Did you find a solution?

Is the main character on the same X/Y coordinates when you start with layout 1 and go to layout 2 ... compared to starting in layout 2 ?

Is the main character global ?

Are you aware of 'Unbounded scrolling' ?

Do you have a global 'HUD layer' (with parallax to zero, as should) that sits in layer 1 and auto creates in layout 2 when changing from layout 1 to layout 2?

I figured it out, I didn't give enough info. it was an object I accidentally added the ScrollTo behavior to another object on the edge of the screen
