Searching within a key's value to compare text to?

So I've got a wacky idea.

Is it possible to search with a dictionary's key's value for a specific piece of text, then compare that text with another variable, say a global variable?

For example, if I have a "master key" with "AM ON TO OR" in it, can I make a condition that compares a global variable that has "ON" in it with the "ON" in the value for the master key?

its probably possible, question is, is it the best option? What do you want to achieve?

i guess you could split the string of the master key in different parts with tokencount and tokenat and compare each token to the global var if its equel.
