Hello,

Here is a simple inventory system using .ini file :D

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/9050706/Cap%26a ... vetory.zip

Made using construct 99.91 (should work with every version of construct)

P.S. Dropbox is awsome ! :o

(Et bien voil je ne suis pas le seul franais :D )

This is very useful but something is bothering me : is there a way to prevent the user from tampering the INI file ? A cheater can change the weight for instance to have more objects.

if you want to protect the ini file you could use the CRC32 behavior,im not sure about that but a little search could help. :D

or zip the ini with a passoword and ask to construct to compare the two ini.

Hello,

I'm very interested in inventory systems of all sorts. The link provided in the OP is dead though. Could someone reupload?

Yes if someone has this, would you mind re-uploading it. OP must have moved the file or renamed his dropbox folder.
