Okay so i just got curious what the hell was inside that cap so i splitted big cap into 544kb pieces (because thats how much it weight in compressed rar) and from 0kb to 540 kb we have regular code and after that we have...

I use families all the time and have never had this problem, so assuming it's a one-off, using families should be fine.
