[Small request] Preload banner ad

@cranberrygame @Ashley

Is there any way that you could add in a way to preload banner ads with Admob? Currently there's an action to do this for interstitials but not banners. Having this facility would greatly help me with serving ads. The current system only starts fetching/downloading a banner when it's called, and this is causing inconsistent ad delivery in my game. Similarly it'd be great if there was an "On banner received" trigger to go with it.

There's an option for this in the CocoonJS plugin, so I'm assuming the facility exists already, it just needs to be implemented in the Admob plugin.

If you want to use on preload banner ad event , request Ashley to add the feature to official c2 Admob plugin or use Phonegap Admob plugin right now from here: viewtopic.php?t=109586

'On banner received' was added in r185. I thought I had a preload banner action already, looks like I missed it - added for the next build.

@cranberrygame - the preloadBannerAd() API doesn't appear to specify a size - how does it know what kind of banner to preload?

Can not specify the preloadBannerAd size for simplicity: if not specified, then default SMART_BANNER

@cranberrygame - I don't understand - is it possible to specify the ad size to preload? If so how? The documentation does not cover it as far as I could see. It sounds like it would be useful in case you want to preload a different size to SMART_BANNER.

Currently not support specifyng size at preloadBannerAd function.

To support it seems not complicated.
So if you think it is needed, I will add the feature next update cycle.

@cranberrygame The preloading of smart banners is a small issue for me. The first time it shows a banner, it occupies the entire width of the screen. But from the second time and onwards (even with preloading), it does show the correct size banner (in my case, 300x50 pixels). The problem only occurs the first time that a banner is loaded.

Is there any way around this? Is it just a bug?
