"Smart" Pathfinder?

So i want to use just the behaviours:
Custom movement/Pathfinder/Line of Sight and with these to make 3 "bad" sprites chasing a "good" sprite.
The BIIIGGG problem is that they are overlapping.
The bad sprites are overlapping and i don't want to give them this "superpower" they should only touch, or not even touching.
How can i make this "begginerish" ?

I saw the others tutorials with 10 instance variables, but i couldn't understand them, my bad.
Did anyone made something like that ?
