Snap to Grid Issue [Fixed]

Get help using Construct 2

Hi Guys, i'm new here (so don't shoot the noob lol). :)

I am having a strange issue when using snap to grid. I am creating a puzzle game and am using and equal grid of 32x32 pixel tiles, I have set my background and used an animated sprite sheet to add the puzzle squares (its a match 3 game) so that they can change colour on click/tap.

The problem I am having is that the squares will not align to the grid correctly so I am unable to place the squares down easily to finish the prototype. I just can't work out what is going wrong.

If anyone can offer some advice I would be most grateful :)

Here is my capx file: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/3472032/Trixel.zip

Warning! the colour scheme may hurt your eyes ;) (just temp' place holder graphics for now)

Hi, if i understand your issue..you could change the snap settings to 16, since the snap take in count the center of the sprite and not the edge.cesisco2012-10-29 11:30:57
