[solved] How do I fix weird spawn/pin behaviour

The problem:
In my game after a player has used all of his ammunition. I want to show a small prombt that his ammo is empty. So i implemented this:

While standing still it works as intended.

But when it is triggered while moving it looks like this:

Standing still it uses the image point 2 as desired, during movement it uses the origin point it seems. Can't wrap my head around it. I apprechiate every piece of advice.

I assume you've got an animation for walking; you need to make sure image point to is present for each frame.
