Sometimes the CPU Speed are freezed in 0.77GHz

Get help using Construct 2

I don't know why but Sometimes the CPU Speed are freezed in 0.77GHz, this problem appear in all browsers.

I tested disabling all the events and all but the problem persist

SO: Windows 8.1 PRO X64

Hardware:

CPU: I7 4G 3.2
RAM: 32GB
Video: GTX 770 3GB DDR5

Any Help?

do you mean CPU utilization?

are you looking in the debugger?

In the debugger i see when the cpu usage is over %70 the cpu changed in 0.77 this is very strange

This problem is very strange, when you need cpu clock get more speed the result is inverted and blocked in 0.77 GHz
The problem are tested with images too large and then put minimal animations or objects in movement.

It has nothing to do with Construct. It has to do with the power options of windows in which you can set a the cpu speed to be slower to consume less power.

I put energy in "High Performance", when all supposed the cpu clock stay in 3.1 - 3.2 GHz permanent.

But construct decrease (force) the clock speed to 0.77 GHz only with a simple box with bullet behavior. This is not normal.

P.D: Construct 2 rev 173 x64
