Has anybody tried to put sports AI into their games. Let's for the moment take a look at american soccer or international football for a second.

I think it should be relatively easy. I think for the most part there is a lot of boolean variables that have to be used. Like teamAHasBall etc.

It shouldn't be to hard with pathfinding and pick nearest.

Does anybody have a good article or tutorial on the subject. Even if this tutorial is for some other engine?
