sprite creation

Get help using Construct 2

Hello all. Does anyone know of a basic sprite editor. One like the old days, where it drew like a sheet of graph paper on the screen and you could just fill in the blocks. Then it could be saved for use in c2. Any help would be appreciated.

thanks,
bj

Yes. That would work. But I want something simple were a click colors a whole box. Something that would make like an old atari or nes sprite.

Look for Spriter.
I think it's a tool made by someone on this community, as i've found it on some1's signature...

Also, why not use inkscape, fireworks, ps and such?
English is not my native language. Sorry for any mistakes and feel free to correct me if needed.
