Did you extract the DLL also? It won't run without the two files together.

@blackhornet I'm having problens with my pixel fonts... There's no option as far I know to disable anti-aliasing when the sprite font generator is creating the image...

No. You have to use the 1.12 version for that ability.

Having a quick look at what a ".fon" is, I don't see the value in supporting a Windows 3.x font format, so I'll have to say, no. Sorry.
