Sprite Resolution

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Mon Mar 03, 2014 8:03 pm

i made like 20 level of a physics game with sprites that are 32x32 big and ingame 64x64

now i wanted to update the graphics and add higher resolution picture to 256x256 and keep 64x64 ingame sprites

but the problem is when i change them the ingame sprite goes to 512x512 and i would have to change 150 sprites manually

which i dont really want to do becouse im lazy and i think you have the correct answer to my question :D

Thank you in advance

Click on the sprite in the Objects window, then on the right hand side you should see a sub section in the Properties window called Common, and under that size. Just type in the new size you wish, and all instances of the sprite on the Layout will change size.

Alternatively, you can put a line of code that says

Code: Select all
(System) On Start of Layout >>> (Sprite) Set Size/Scale
Using R243 for all examples
