SpriteFont optimization breaks use with Paster

Problem Description
A common trick is to draw off screen with R0J0hound's Paster plugin. However, the SpriteFont plugin has an optimization that prevents it from drawing characters if they are outside of the Viewport.

Description of Capx
With Paster partially off of the viewport, and a Spritefont on top, paste the Spritefont into Paster, then move the Paster object over so you can see that the Spritefont text gets clipped.

Observed Result
Text gets clipped

Expected Result
I propose a simple property that would turn off the optimization so that Spritefont can be use offscreen with Paster.

It's the same with particles and tilemaps too as I recall. It could be nice to be able to disable the visibility culling, but it's done per plugin and probably will run into performance issues with some users.

The workaround is to move the object onscreen before pasting it, which I suppose could also be done by the paster plugin...

@R0J0hound In my case, I'm actually drawing into an area much larger than the viewport, so even moving things on-screen would not help in this case.
