Howdy,

I just discovered C2 and am loving it. I have been trying to build my first game for the last 3 years, and while I have honed some skills, I haven't ever got far on a full fledged project. C2 might just change that. Below is a link to my WIP. I am excited by how far it has come in only a few days. So please check what I have so far, let me know what you think, or any bugs or better coding methods.

by the weekend I hope to have some actual game play going were you will do mini games to complete work for pay and stats. Stats will open up new jobs and encounters.

Wow, its nice to see some really different ideas being used.

Hi Loki, She told me to sleep but i didnt want to so i turned the game off - haha you cant get past that bit yet can you? :)

Interesting use of graphics - did you do the art yourself? Its very good. Not too much to comment on really but i like what i see so far.

i never grow tired of hearing how c2 helps peeps realize dreams. keep working on that sir.

it deserves to be finished.

The graphics are mine. I have been dabbling in 3D modeling and rendering for a bit now. I hope to have more than just going to sleep soon. next you will be able to wander around the station meeting people and doing odd jobs to earn cash and gain stats based on job type and performance. the "jobs" will involve mini games that will be more like the other work being done around these parts (platformer & top down) sort of action. based on what stats you improve and choices you make, different scenarios will play out. I would also love to include a first person "dungeon crawler" (eye of the beholder)

Love the game play and the awesome graphics! Can't wait for more!!

Couple spelling/grammar mistakes in the paragraph for Reaha. And clicking on her word balloon takes me to my quarters.
Love the joke about the dog, though.

Neat idea! Perhaps change the mouse pointer when over interactive objects to make it easier. Looks cool though. :)

To improve there needs to be more interaction... I know that sounds funny because you move through the game using that little sprite. But i got bored.

It looks like your trying to hard to make a 3D game in a 2d engine. There's no obvious gun factor. I only got to the part past the bedroom and then had enough.

Is there more to the game worth taking another look?

Yes. Is slow going but this will be an RPG of sorts. Next I add people for you to interact with. Next I add platformer style mini games to do work/jobs from the various NPCs around the station. This will feed stats that make you better and get advanced jobs. How you build your stats )in a limited days game) will open new characters, places and opportunities.
