• Hi,

I did a quick search and didn't find any existing topics on the matter, so just a quick suggestion for the Construct 2 editor:

Would it be possible to add the ability to de-select the currently selected object, preferably using Ctrl+D as a shortcut to fall in-line with other software packages?

Sometimes when working with very large objects and/or many objects layered it can take more effort than it should to de-select the current item. If there's an existing easier way of doing this I'd also appreciate being pointed in the right direction, but the suggestion still stands anyway.

    Thanks!

  • OK, I've added Ctrl+D to unselect all in the next release.

  • Thanks Ashley -- for taking my suggestion AND for providing such a great software package -- I'm still learning my way around the editor, but Contruct has been a joy to work with so far!
