Hi fellow Construct nerds,

I've just finished my final year at university studying Game Design and for my final year project I decided to create a game, that broke a fundamental rule within it's genre, which is:
Platform = Jump

Now I've heard the saying "Don't fix, what is not broken" and I do agree on the basic principle but how can you be a designer without changing a few rules.

So I would like to present to you Super Slug, a platform game where the main playable character is unable to jump!

Hi @JEtherington,

Just tried your game and it looks good! I did find it a little odd (at first) that there's no jump option, but I'm sure people could get used to that.

Good luck with it, I'll keep an eye on your progress! :)

I'm at work so I only had a couple of minutes to sneak through the first level. I like what I played though! Good job! :)

Really good game overall.
The graphics aren't the best. The slug could use some work, but I love the use of large pixels as particles. The super powers are really nice. It's the thing that makes it stand out :)
