Text & Display angle problems

For questions about using Classic.

Post » Fri Jul 24, 2009 9:02 pm

Good night, I am Italian and I am new in this forum.

I have a Question:

How can avoid that the text turns when I set the display angle?

PS: sorry but, I don't speak English very well.

Text object doesn't have an angle and can't be rotated.

You want to rotate it? if so, you might want to use a sprite with drawn text or Lucid's almost-done bitmap text plugin, here:

Or you can put your text on a separate layer and rotate the layer.

Just do this:

[code:3clpostq]
+ Always
-> Set layer angle to 0 - DisplayAngle
[/code:3clpostq]

That's zero-minus-display angle, by the way. I use it a lot in Vert to keep certain things always facing "up."
