Closing, we dropped support for Awesomium in the latest releases. r119 uses node-webkit instead which tends to work better. Be sure to update your copy of Construct 2!

When I use the https://www.scirra.com/tutorials/417/exporting-to-exe-using-node-webkit tutorial, my window's size is different from what I set in C2. Is there something I can do to customize the window size?

That tutorial is out of date; you don't need to follow those steps, just pick the 'node-webkit' export option in Construct 2 and it will do everything automatically. That tutorial was posted before the support was built in.
