So, who are you?

Hello My name is John Wienke

I have been here for about 2 months now. But I just realized that the only way I would get an introduction badge is by formally introducing myself. I have been employed as a web developer for the Wisconsin State Journal a local state news paper were I live for the last 2 years. In my free time I am a freelance web developer/designer.

How did you find out about Construct? I have no life, and spend all my time on line doing searching for things that interest me. Just being honest.

What brought you into the seedy underworld of making games? Lets put it this way I have always wanted to be a game developer, and now that the languages I know best are the way to go, and Construct 2 exists it is all possible. As far as seedy underworld goes that is something I am trying to get away from.

What interests you? Programming.

Where have you been? A very dark place that I would do anything to get out of.

Where are you headed? A much better place now that I am here.

Hi, my name is Felice ,but my friends call me Edi, I am native Italian and my interest in video games started with the wonderful CBM64. I'm a computer mechanic, love playing my guitars and writing music. My first computer was a homemade assembled 286 with 5 (!) MB MFM HDD and I progressively moved up to a 486 DX2-66, and then a "fast" AMD 586 DX2 120 MHZ.
I'm a classic gaming nerd, even if i've been making games for around 10 years, starting with the 3D-RAD PRO (still an amazing rad tool) till i found Construct on Sourceforge few months ago and the very very promising C2 on Scirra website.
I would love to learn how to program webgames and exchanging tips and tricks about videogames even if i'm still a big newbie.
Thank you for accepting me into this group of wonderful people....EDI

Hi all,

My name is Karl, I'm from the north of Scotland, a friend of mine sent me the link for the website the other day, and I downloaded Construct 2, I am really excited about the potential that it gives me to try writing some games. Although I have never written a game before, I am sure that over time I can get something together.

Anyway, I am sure I shall be posting on the forum from time to time when I get stuck, so thanks in advance for your help.

:D

Great job guys on such an amazing product.

Hello! Okay, I'm new to Construct but I have to say that it seems really impressive so far.

I have been doing Flash games, mostly contract, for over 10 years now. I honestly don't know what else to say... I just want to get back to playing with Construct!
