Throwing

Get help using Construct 2

Hi. Basically I have 2 questions.

1.

How to make object able to throw with physics applied, so I can just takr one box from ground and throw it? I can make its behaviours to physics and drag and drop, but it doesn't allows me to actually do that.

2.

How would look event which removes HP from enemy calculating from how far it is?
