Tile Based Movement

Get help using Construct 2

What i'm trying to do is make it so when a new turn comes around, or the start of the layout, I want to be able to move to any square with a green tile on it. However when I add in a 'Destroy Movement' action each move lags up incredibly, making it almost unplayable, anyone have any suggestions on what to do better, or a different approach?
