Tiled images

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Sat Apr 21, 2012 6:17 pm

Hi everyone,

This is my first post on the forum. I have recently discovered Construct 2 and think it's great. I've played around with it for a bit and am now attempting to create my first game.

I would like to know if there's a way to scale tiled images. I've found that scaling down larger graphics, gives a sharper image. However, I have not found a way to scale down a larger graphic when using a tiled image.

It may just be that I've not found this option yet, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks (Construct2 padawan)

There is no current way to do this at runtime, however you can permanently resize it using the 'resize' command in the image editor window.

Hi sqiddster, thanks for the tip. I will give it a go.

P.S. I've played AirScape and it rocks! Love the changing orientation.
