Top down car physics:Kill lateral velocity of tyre

First of all this is for Construct 2 project I just assume physics are working quite similarly and it's more about math anyway. Questions like this just get buried quite quickly on C2 page.

This will hopefully explain what I mean

Think I just need formula to get that velocity that is effecting to certain angle of the tyre and then remove it perhaps little less than 100%.

You are probably right but as far as I know both are using Box2D so it should be quite the same thing.
