Triggered Condition

Is a triggered event being checked parallel together with other events? Because when i pause my game in debugger mode, i can trigger a event multiple times. After unpausing, the action runs multiple times depend how much i trigger it.

That is the concept of most triggers indeed, they can happen outside of the top to bottom execution of the event sheet (even though if you have the same triggers multiple times they will happen from top to bottom, except for inclusion but that is another story).
Game design is all about decomposing the core of your game so it becomes simple instructions.
