True Fullscreen for NWjs? (Window+Taskbar still visible)

'On Start Layout -> NWjs -> Maximize Window' is not solving this.

I want to have the game open up into an ideal fullscreen game application. No window bars, no visible taskbar. Can't figure this probably simple solution out. Can anyone throw me a bone?

Use browser object : request fullscreen. It can only be requested after a player action - mouse click / keyboard / touch event. You can't just trigger it on start of layout...

Thanks!

Any reason why Request Fullscreen isn't in the NWjs Object though?

I've no idea why it's not in the NW object. I guess it would be duplication of code because NW just uses the chomium browser engine.

To fix it you have to install NW from here
https://www.scirra.com/nwjs

I installed and now all is well.

To get fullscreen on startup create an event with:

Conditions:
1. System - Is on platform NW.js
2. System - Trigger once
3. Browser - Is not fullscreen

Actions:
1. Browser - Request fullscreen

NW.js specifically does allow 'request fullscreen' in 'on start of layout', but in a browser it has to be in a user input trigger.
