Hi,

Just wondering if usernames with spaces get a notification when using '@'?

So @the hen would notify a user called 'the hen'?

Thanks

I think it may, I used that earlier to reply in a thread to space monkey. He saw my reply, although I'm not sure if he was notified or was watching the thread. Hmmmm, so good question :)

I also always wonder if doing things like @space money? will affect it..
Did you get this @thehen?

I mean like adding a ? or , or . right after the name.

I did indeed get it.

@space-monkey how about now? Username profiles add a hyphen in the URL so I imagine that might be how it's stored in the database.

It might be underscore. If you use the Find Member option on the New Message page, underscore will find names with spaces (I couldn't see a space monkey, but there is a Space Ape / space_ape).
