How do I zoom in?

Get help using Construct 2

I've tried searching but I haven't found anything helpful, more related to CC or 404 errors.

I've been using some small pixel art, most less than 20x20 and I'd just like the whole game to be zoomed in by probably a factor of 4. Rather than bloat up all my artwork.

I've tried playing with a few events to, namely a set scale one but I just keep ending up with a blank screen so I don't think I've been doing it right!

Check the Examples directory, e.g. the Ghost Shooter (laser version).capx example.
If your vision so exceeds your ability, then look to something closer.

'Set scale' for a layer should work OK. Don't forget to center the view on something.

Note browsers decide for themselves whether they use linear (blurry) scaling or point (pixellated) scaling. You might have to just draw the graphics bigger I'm afraid... Firefox and IE seem to use linear scaling.

I can't seem to figure out how to gradually zoom in on a single layer when I touch an object..it just immediately becomes the scale size. I love this software but maybe I'm too dumb for this kind of thing. Have a strong desire to, enough patients and so many cool ideas though :(
