[How to]Implement 39dll in construct classic

Hello! I would like to learn how to implement a dll 39dll specifically used to make multiplayer games in another tool for creating 2D games. As you can accomplish this?

If it is made for another tool, it is unlikely that you'll get to use this dll with Construct.

This is for use with GameMaker?

If you can get the source, you may be able to code a plugin for CC.

If your vision so exceeds your ability, then look to something closer.

@zenox98 If exactly this dll was built for the GM. Source code is also distributed by the author for it to be changed, but I know very little about C. Thank you very much for your answer!
