Just a quick poll.

Have you purchased any C++ development studio, on any kind of offer or not, and if so, which?

I own Visual Studio 2005.

I guess it depends on what you classify as a development studio?

I've bought Photoshop v7.0, as well as *cough* TGF *cough*, and Flash MX from many years ago... it's as old as the hills now, and I'm not even sure it works on Vista lol.

All of those you mentioned cannot be classified as "C++ development studio".

Wow, Dreamspark is awesome! For people who didn't know: if you're a student, anywhere in the world, get Microsoft development software free: www.dreamspark.com

Bloodshed's site was last updated in February 2005. It might be free, but I think it's fast becoming a relic.

I don't recall the "C++" being specified in the topic.
