Which one is the best way to save data like the clothes that the user has, the record... Which is the lightest, and what less blocks the game?
I know the "localstorage" (of the old "webstorage"), but I see people talking about using the "array" or "dictionary".

Arrays and dictionaries are data formats for storing information in RAM. You can translate those RAM entries to JSON strings in the LocalStorage or you can pass them back to a server for storage in a database, etc.
