WHAT THE DUCK IS HAPPENING!!!

Get help using Construct 2

My friends, I need your help. What I'm trying to accomplish is an Idle state and a DUCK state animation. The problem is because of the Idle the duck animation will not kick in.

Is there a way to do this?

All the other animation are working fine but because the Idle and the duck are active in a not moving state it will only do one (Which is the Idle)

Thank you in advance for your help you guys are the best.

Why not switch it around:
Down arrow is down
Else
NOT-Platform is moving
