http://www.spriters-resource.com/community/

This place looks good, could take a lot of searching but you'll find something usefull there. OR just google something like sprite resources, sprite sheets or something similer.

You can make your own too.

Also dont look for sprites on the community section of that site, just use the main site:

i recommend that ether you make your own sprites or look for LGPL or public domain sprites.
[size=85:8zc6eaok]dissipate the fact that i can't draw good. most of the sprites in my games were made by me.[/size:8zc6eaok]
here are some sites:

Sprites/Graphics:
http://opengameart.org : make sure the art is ether LGPL or CC0 otherwise(GPL or Creative Commons share alike ) you"ll need to share your game's cap file.
http://http://openart.moosader.com/ not much of a variety.

Music:

depends what type of sprites you need. i make all of them myself, or should i say: i have 2nd party programs that generate them for me. this way i am not limited by their default state and i can get preety much any angle of them, animated or not.
so what do you need exactly?
