Why Am I Getting LAG on FullScreen Previews?

Hi everyone,
Im trying to figure out why my game is lagging really bad in fullscreen mode,It runs really fast when not in fullscreen but when i make the call or set it on through through a browser object it slows my game down to the point its unplayable.How do i fix this?I looked up this on the forums and there is not much info on this at all.

Can you replicate in, for instance, one of the built-in demos? If so, you may have found a C2 bug.

Other than that, it could be to do with the screen scaling options. What does the profiler show?
If your vision so exceeds your ability, then look to something closer.

@zenox98 Yes its happening even in the example capX files.Everything i open does it,i was getting 1 frame in the Ghost Shooter rain example.
Is this a Bug?

same here.my only guess is that it slows down because it has to display all this data realtime??
p.s mine only happens in my game not the examples.
60fps fullscreen 25fps when running debugger

EDIT:i did not read carefully the title.i only get this during debugg mode
