Will construct 2 "membership" work on Construct 3?

I know that C3 isn't here yet, and will probably take a while,

but when it is, will we be able to use our previous memberships of C2 in C3 ?

Or will we have to rebuy the software?

Thank you, I also know there is no "ETA" on when C3 is getting a release, but is there any kind of Year ETA on it?
