    Dear Ashley and Tom,

    Firstly thanks to you and your team for working really hard to bring us the latest and greatest updates. We all love them!!

    I hope what I am asking is not huge.

    As you know Windows 10 Dev SDK is officially rolled out with numerous new monetization features on PubCenter.

    * Video Interstitial

    * Ad Mediation for Windows (earlier limited to phone only)

    * IAP

    I wanted to know if Scirra has any plans to bring in these new features into pubCenter too along with the Stable Windows 10 update for C2?

    We read reports of 24 million users Worldwide having already migrated to Windows 10! That's a HUGE userbase.

    Thus I sincerely request you to implement these features and help us Devs make our apps more successful on Windows <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile">

  • Fellow devs.. if you agree with this request.. kindly respond

  • +1 for updating the pubcenter plugin!

  • Great idea but pubCenter in my experience has not been too great. Low fill rate. It could be just me. AdMob is a lot better in terms of usability. The pubCenter website for managing your ads is pretty bad.

    That said, I have only tried banner ads with pubCenter with Construct.

    Ye s I totally agree! It's very bad with fillrate.

    I attend the Microsoft Build Conference in June. I directly asked the Speakers what they are doing about it? That's where they told me about video ads and also told me they are changing ways in which ads are filled. With reach of Windows 10 on all kind of devices the ad quality will also improve.

    So I m hoping windows 10 will do it right.

    Best thing is..same logic will be implemented on windows 8 too

  • I am kind of affraid of seeing adverts on PC yet multiplatform games and applications... like really scared.

    But I guess it is still better to be up to date with the features they propose so I think it is still a good idea.

    Well good thing about MS ads are they show you ads related to your App Category (Games show only games ads)

    Bad thing is they dont have enough ads to show (there by not much to earn either )

  • Try Construct 3

    Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

    Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads

    Thanks for the support. Just wanted to let you all know that Ashley and his team added support to Video Interstitial in recent C2 updates (infact few months ago)

    I have already implemented Video ads in my game. Works great!

  • SamRock

    But what about pubCenter multiple Ad Unit support?

    No, when you call the Pubcenter->"Prepare Interstitial" Action, it will ask you for the Video Ads Unit. Just enter it once, next time you call pubcenter->"Show Interstitial" it will play the video ad
