Would too many layouts in a game slow it down?

Hi, so basically the title says it all.

If you have a layout for a level would it cause lag or any sort of slow FPS?

considering the fact that there's not many events in each layout (they are relatively small sizes.)

And sorry if this has been asked before, I looked through once but couldn't find anything

On Desktop and WebGL engabled mobile devices then NO.

If on Mobile devices where WebGL is not enabled. Then too many memory objects will cause problems.

If the layouts reuse many of memory objects and your all good. Then no.

So overall no. The number of layout should not have any impact on performance.
