xCode Cannot Run on the Selected Destination

Hi friends,

Hope you all are doing well.

Well, i created a game using Construct 2, exported to CoconJS, downloaded the project and tried to build on xcode for iOS Simulator, it builds sucessfully, but after that i receives following error saying:

"xCode Cannot Run on the Selected Destination"

found exactly as here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11767945/xcode-cannot-run-on-the-selected-destination

I tried all the proposed solutions on stackoverflow, but nothing worked, does anybody have come across the issue, any idea how to overcome this?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

You can't run cocoon exported games directly on the xcode simulators. The only way to test the game is to go through the distribution process and then install the ipa file on your test device.

Follow the steps here.
