It was pretty easy but i didn't get amazing results, so I started to do push ups, I asked a friend of mine that was into fitness and stuff like that, to create a workout plan for me but I have to be honest, I didn't follow it through because i was so lazy and unmotivated.
But I did kind of try, with the push-ups, I did them in the morning and either in the afternoon or before i went to sleep. This was before I got a gym subscription and before i started to follow a full healthy diet and before I started to run in the park, etc. You don't have to start big because I would even say that is a mistake since if you start big you're more likely to give up since it can be too much for most people. Start slow, make slow changes in your diet and in your daily activities.
You don't need a lot of time, half an hour per day is enough. Also i wanted to recommend to you guys Forskolin Belly Buster since a lot of people asked me about something to speed things up. But remember, workout and healthy eating are the key, the supplement's just there to help you. You can check the official website for more information, and check with your health care provider as well, to avoid problems: http://www.diets-usa.com/forskolin-belly-buster-flat-belly-diet/
