From my personal experience with supplements for weight loss, muscle gain and health care over the years i have learned that a successful supplement is one that provides its users with proofs and scientific or clinical researches to ground or base their claims on. ALso supplements that offer ingredient lists and that explain what each ingredient does or atleast explain how the product works in one way or another. Also if it receives a lot of positive user feedback and reviews then all the better because the chances are higher that it will actually work.
